The Series 7 Smith Machine has a feature not present in the traditional Smith Machine that permits natural upper and lower body movements for maximum muscle interaction when set to a 7-degree reversed pitch. 20 cross-member lock-out points that can be reached by simply rotating the bar by 15 degrees are there to protect users, so a spotter is not necessary. The 14-position gunrack with 17″ extra heavy-duty safeties is also set to a 7-degree reversed pitch, providing practical lift-off points and predictable racking, for exercises that call for free weight movement.
Any bench can be used with the Series 7 for challenging chest and shoulder routines.
