You can customize the ProForm Indoor Bike C22 Pro exactly to your needs thanks to a wide range of setting options. The saddle is movable in both the horizontal and vertical directions to allow for a comfortable riding position. The height of the multifunction handlebar can be changed. You can choose to store two lightweight dumbbells behind the seat for use at any time during your workout to provide an additional stimulus and increase the effectiveness of your workout.
The iFit training app allows you to perform at-home digital training. Experience individualized, customized workouts by streaming indoor cycling classes led by top instructors directly to the large 22-inch HD touchscreen display. Select from more than 400 training courses and virtual trips around the world. Take a trail in Hawaii or virtually traverse the Alps. The inclination and resistance of the C22 Pro adjust automatically to the terrain. Additionally, customize your training by developing your own programs that can be automatically downloaded to the bike. You will also get advice on how to more successfully reach your athletic goals.
