The Force USA F100 Multi-Functional Trainer has two 100 kg/230 lb weight stacks (2:1 ratio), allowing for quick weight selection for a variety of exercises. This machine will give a good workout to your shoulders, arms, chest, back, core, and legs.

The Force USA F-100 Multi-Functional Trainer comes with a variety of add-ons, such as a Smith Machine barbell, tricep rope, lat pulldown bar, adjustable nylon D handles, a landmine attachment, dip handles, a bicep/tricep pushdown bar, an ankle strap, and more.
The Low Row Footplate Attachment, which is also included, provides steady foot support and a greater range of motion when performing seated rows.
MULTI-GRIP CHIN-UP BAR
Ergonomically designed multi-grip chin-up/pull-up station with a strong 300kg weight rating. Grip positions include wide-grip, close-grip, underhand, overhand, and a variety of other motions.
